The farm Gallo Ernesto di Gallo Paolo - "BRIC SORI'" is located in Govone,
lands between the Langhe and Roero where the hills stretch out between them to be either one or the other. The name Bric Sorì was born in the 80s and originates from the location of the vineyards owned, or the best exposure to the South, South-West. However, it is necessary to go
back several generations to determine who gave rise to this adventure just by cultivating
the vineyards and giving up the grapes.

Paolo…
Paolo, together with his family, founds his "conception of producer" on the study,
care and respect for the balance of nature, without forgetting the heritage of
traditions and customs handed down from past generations.
Each vineyard has its own identity and peculiarity, for this reason it is cared for,
studied and only if necessary cared for. The cellar is the lair of the mind, but also of
the heart and instinct.
Modernity and technology are not banned on the contrary! They represent, however,
only one of the necessary tools to make wines for us and for our customers.










The wines
The wines of our company are produced respecting the characteristics and particularities of each vineyard, adapting to the climatic situation that every year is presented with different aspects and criticalities and without in any way forcing what nature reserves for us. They have a traditional style that reflects the Piedmontese culture.
