Paolo, together with his family, founds his "conception of producer" on the study, care and respect for the balance of nature, without forgetting the heritage of traditions and customs handed down from past generations.
Each vineyard has its own identity and peculiarity, for this reason it is cared for, studied and only if necessary cared for. The cellar is the lair of the mind, but also of the heart and instinct.
Modernity and technology are not banned on the contrary! They represent, however, only one of the necessary tools to make wines for us and for our customers.
WINE LOVERS...
We inform all wine lovers that we will not find the pomp, the trendy packaging, the web-marketing, photos with famous or trendy characters, but will find passion for this work and professionalism.
Here they will see a farmer who in the months from September to December has her hands marked with purple because the gloves filter and change the contact and the bond with the grapes and a wine-lover who left her job to devote herself to agriculture, trying to assimilate every possible notion.
They will visit a family-run winery that combines modernity and innovation with tradition.
They will meet Elena and Paolo who invest all their resources to make a wine of the highest quality at a reasonable price because... not always all that is expensive is better!
PEOPLE...
They will talk to people who put the direct and personal relationship with their customers and suppliers first, who prefer not to go through intermediaries, who put face to face! Ours is a life choice that combines with a strategy that goes against the trend, but that allows us not to upset our personalities.
Last but not least, they will taste wines and taste unique products because no vintage is the same as the other, but above all because no cluster is the photocopy of the other.
