THE WINES

The wines of our company are produced respecting the characteristics and particularities of each vineyard, adapting to the climatic situation that every year is presented with different aspects and criticalities and without in any way forcing what nature reserves for us.

They have a traditional style that reflects the Piedmontese culture.

In the vineyard are carried out the necessary thinning actions in July. In the harvest the bunches are selected one by one and placed in individual boxes that, at the end of the day, are taken to the cellar and pressed or pressed.

The red grapes are gently destemmed, the whites immediately pressed.

Fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature to maintain fragrance, freshness, structure and organoleptic characteristics of each wine.
